Agritourism Monitor Farm Programme to Visit Argyll on Learning Journey

Following last year’s successful Learning Journey to the Isle of Mull, we are taking another trip to Scotland’s west coast from Tuesday 10th November to Thursday 12th November 2026.

Join the Agritourism Monitor Farm Programme for two nights and two days in Argyll, hearing from business owners and managers and visiting different farming and tourism businesses.

Learning Journey Accommodation:

Accommodation is at Portavadie (Loch Fyne, Argyll, PA21 2DA), where we will stay for two nights, using this as a base for the Learning Journey. Here, we will tour the Portavadie business and hear a talk from the Manager about this wellness resort.

Argyll Learning Journey Itinerary

We will confirm the full itinerary by 12th October.

Trip Details

The core Learning Journey will commence at 2pm at Portavadie on Tuesday 10th November and end after lunch on Thursday 12th November, allowing people to travel from outwith the area.

Costs

The visits, lunch on 2 days and dinner on one night will be covered by the programme.

Accommodation for two nights and one evening meal is payable by attendees.

Attendees should book accommodation directly with Portavadie at www.portavadie.com – please do this as soon as possible. Dinner will be payable directly to Portavadie and will be £40 per person.

Spaces are limited to 30 people. Book early to avoid disappointment.
